TaskBuck is a family task management and financial education application that allows parents to assign tasks to children, track completion, and reward them with virtual currency (TaskBucks).

TaskBucks are virtual currency with no real monetary value. They exist solely within the application for educational purposes.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Parents have full control over child accounts and are responsible for monitoring their children's use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect personal data about other users
  • Use the service to harass or harm others

5. Virtual Currency

TaskBucks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the virtual currency system at any time.

The TaskBuck service is owned by TaskBuck and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TaskBuck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TaskBuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time. You may also terminate your account by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
